I love Halloween. Here are a few things we have done to get ready.
Ghosts in the entry. (Thanks to Andrea and Ru for the stuff)
Spooky tree from Pottery Barn for $5!!! (Thanks to Ru's good eyes.)
Creepy piano for my recital.
Flowers from my sweetheart.

Your ghosts look much better than mine! The rest of your decorations are great--I can't believe that tree from Pottery Barn for $5. I will say those roses aren't very scary though. He should have gone with dead roses to make a real halloween effect!
Hope you have a great party tonight. I'm wearing crazy socks in honor of you and wishing I was there to celebrate--last year was just too good.
grankidsHappy Halloween from the Skidmore Haunted House! We just came home from Aaron and Andrea's party. We had a great time -- eating dinner in a pumpkin (thanks to Britt), fingers and toes and root beer with dry ice for effects. The little ghosts and goblins went trick or treating and then they played some kid games. I think everyone had a fun time.
Your decorations look great -- I still wish I could have brought that black tree home. Just kidding.
I hope everything went as planned for your party -- I am sure it was lots of fun -- I missed seeing the boys in their costumes -- I'm sure they had a ball.
Did you have a piano recital? I got that impression from your photo. If you did, way to go.
Only a few more weeks and you will be here for the concert. Andrea was able to get us a room at the Marriott, thanks to her bother-in-law, so I think that will be a lot of fun.
Love you
